  • Mozzarella cheese

    8 leaves

  • Garlic
    2 cloves

  • Extra virgin olive oil
    4 spoons

Preparation

  1. Cut the superior part of the bread. Parboil the tomatoes for some seconds, drain them and peel them, remove the seeds and the inside water and cut them grossly. Wash the basil leaves, drain them and mince them with the peeled garlic.

  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into pieces, put them in terrine  and add the tomatoes, the minced basil and garlic, a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano, season with 2 spoons of oil and mix everything.

  3. Put the rosette bread in the oven at 200°celsius (392°Farhenheit) for 15 minutes and serve immediately in a platter decorated as you prefer.
